ESAD 2019 Occassions catalogue and Sale-a-bration blog hop

Welcome to an ESAD blog hop. You may have come to my blog from Katriana’s blog. The theme of the blog hop today is to show case items from the Stampin’ Up! 201 9 Occassions and Sale-a-bration catalogues.

My post today is going to about DSP (designer series paper).  I wanted to make one card using two different DSPs.  So I am using one DSP from the Stampin’ Up! 2019 Occassions catalogue and one DSP from the Sale-a-bration catalogue.  The DSP from the Sale-a-bration catalogue is free when you spend $90 AUD.

I started by running a thick Whisper White card base through the big shot with the new Lace texture embossing folder.   I add a piece of printed vellum from the Floral Romance specialty DSP.  The butterfly has been fussy cut from one of the designs from the Botanical Butterfly DSP from the Sale-a-bration catalogue.

The sentiment is from the Climbing Roses stamp set and has been heat embossed with copper embossing powder and cut out using the Stitched Label framelits.  The flower is from the Amazing Life stamp set which I coloured in with Old Olive and Rich Razzelberry stampin’ blends.

Used in this projects:

Paper and Packaging:  Whisper White, Thick Whisper White, Floral Romance specialty DSP, Botanical Butterfly DSP.

Ink: VersaMark, Momento

Stamps: Amazing Life, Climbing Roses

Bigshot tools: Lace Texture embossing folder, Stitched Label framelits

Accessories:  copper embossing powder, Stampin’ Blends
