Onstage November 2019

Today I am attending the Stampin’ Up! Onstage local event at Sydney. After being a Stampin’ Up! demonstator for 10 years and having attended many of these type events,  I don’t make swaps as much anymore.  Swapping projects is fun but I don’t get the same enjoyment anymore.  Instead for the last Onstage event I made table gifts to give to the people that I shared a table with.  This way I am still creative and I get to spread a little joy.

For the Onstage event today,  I made some table gifts and team gifts.

The table gifts are these matchbox-style box that I made from my own design.  Inside are two compartments that hold a two KitKats and bookmark/planner clip.

Lately  I have very much got into using planners/bullet journals.  Something that I thought I never I would; but now I understand the appeal. And yes, I have fallen down that rabbit hole.  But the thing is, I don’t really need to buy much such as washi, stamps, paper, etc.  as I already have much of the stuff that I need for planning/bullet journalling  from Stampin’ Up!.  It also a great opportunity to use up retired items.

However I digress.  I made a bunch of these bookmark/planner clips, more than what I needed for the table gifts.  So I have a few to swap or give away.  The clips were made by attaching pieces of the Bird Ballad DSP to a large paper clips and decorating with some beads and charms from my bead stash.

I also made some of these skinny note pads that I will be giving away as team gifts or to special friends.

Hope my fellow demonstrator friends enjoy the Onstage, wherever you are attending.

Happy stamping
