ESAD Stampin’ Up! 2020-2021 annual catalogue blog hop

Welcome to an ESAD blog hop. You may have come to my blog from Lynsey’s blog. The theme of the blog hop today is to show case new products from the new 2020-2021 Stampin’ Up! annual catalogue.

For this blog hop I am show casing items from the Peony Garden suite on pages 82 to 84 of the annual catalogue.  Today I made a really quick fancy-fold card.  The card basic is constructed from Gray Granite card stock and has been decorated with a design from the Peony Garden DSP (designer series paper).  I added a piece of sliver metallic edged ribbon that had been coloured with a Petal Pink blends marker.

I stamped the stem with one of the stamps from the Prized Peony stamp set with Gray Granite ink on Whisper White card stock which was then cut out using the Peony dies. The flower was cut out from Petal Pink and Basic Gray card stock using more of the Peony dies. I sponged the edges of the petals with Petal Pink ink before assembling the flower.

Used in this project:

Paper: Petal Pink, Gray Granite, Basic Gray, Whisper White, Peony Garden DSP

Stamps: Prized Peony

Ink: Petal Pink, Gray Granite

Blends: Petal Pink

Die cutting and embossing tools:  Peony dies

Tools: sponge daubers

Embellishments: sliver metallic edged ribbon

All items listed above for these projects (except retired items) are available through my online store. If you live in Australia, just click on the shopping cart in the left hand column of this page or click on the links where I have listed what I have used for this project.

Thank you for visiting my blog. Now it is time to hop over to Melissa’s  blog to check out what she has made. Should you get lost there is a list of participants below so you can rejoin the hop.
