ESAD 2018 Occasions catalogue and Sale-a-bration blog hop

Welcome to an ESAD blog hop. You may have come to my blog from my friend, Moni’s blog. The theme of the blog hop today is to show case items from the 2018 Occasions  and Sale-a-bration catalogues. For today’s blog hop I will be featuring the Painted with Love speciality DSP  fromn the Occassions catalogue and two Sale-a-bration stamp sets.

My first project is a card featuring the Party Pandas stamp set which is available a reward during Sale-a-bration. These panda stamps are so cute and perfect for Birthday cards.  I coloured in the balloon and party hat with the new Stampin’ blends which are also from the Occassions catalogue.  I have used the some of the Tutti-frutti adhesive backed sequins to finished up the card.

My second project features the Beautiful Peacock Sale-a-bration stamp set.  I decided to CASE the Beautiful Peacock sample card on the cover of the Sale-a-bration catalogue. Of course I had to change the colour scheme so that I could use the Painted with Love DSP.  I used some retired Rich Razzleberry satin ribbon and retired gold sequins to embellish the card.

Thanks for visiting my blog. Now it is time to hop over to Courteney’s blog to check out her lovely project. Should you get lost there is a list of participants below so you can rejoin the hop.

Happy stamping

Cathy

  1. 2 gorgeous, striking cards Cathy. I love how that DSP looks do different with the different stamps sets on it.

  2. Great fussy cutting Cathy! The photo’s just don’t do this paper and all your sparkle justice!
